First Post as a Married Woman

So, I am finally a married woman!! :)
And here I am on my honeymoon, stopping to post on the blog. You would think I would have better things to do! haha

Max and I thought we would surprise everyone at our wedding reception with choreographing our first dance to a mix CD that our friend D-Zack helped us create. Our videographer, Carole, already has the whole dance posted for your viewing pleasure on her website:

Check it out and enjoy! Hope this link works for you!
Happy New Year from the Semenicks (in freezing cold Florida!!)

Wow Sara! I'm shocked! I see you made a last minute switch and decided to marry another man. Was it because Max couldn't get a hang of that first dance?

But seriously, that was awesome. The most original thing I've ever seen at a wedding reception. I'm trusting it was a perfect day. Madonna, Ethan and I really wish we could have been there to see it first hand. We can't wait to see you after the honeymoon when you can tell us all about it--the wedding that is, not the honeymoon. Somethings are best left as secrets.

We missed you guys too! It really was a perfect day...wouldn't have changed anything - maybe except to have you guys there! :)

Glad you enjoyed the dance, we certainly had a blast performing it for everyone. Can wait to show you more pics and the final edited version of our video. Carole said she had like 30 hours of unedited film to go through. Wow!

Take care and we'll see you in a week!

Hey Sara and Max!

I can't get it to play on my Mac :( However, it blew me away in person!! Best.ever. I was rooting for an encore!

Your wedding was just gorgeous. Well done. The food at both the rehearsal and reception was delicious. Loved, loved, loved the cakes at each table and your colors. I loved the songs you picked and loved getting to sing one :) I'm so sorry I wasn't my bubbly self. Not as gifted at turning my emotions off as I am at keys. I love you Sara and am so very happy for you. Max was certainly worth the wait after all those tears along the way. Enjoy your honeymoon :) and cherish every minute!!!

Girl, I sent that to all my friends. Too bad Florida is cold. It's almost 70 degrees in Joplin! Are you home now? Call me when you head back to normal life. Unlike Kevin, I want to know about the honeymoon! The public stuff anyway. Love you!
